The ABS range includes a vast choice of band saws blades. The band saws blades production provides any type teeth, measurement and blade typology: M42, M51, M75, Carbide and carbon types, with bevels, etc.

The quick delivery is guaranteed by stores equipped with all the mostly used sizes. ABS qualitative efficiency is confirmed by the constant controls on every band saw blades thanks to advanced control systems.

ABS has widened its production line by introducing the HM saw blades and CERMET saw blades production.

The customer needs are met by the stores which contain any blade size and typology (for aluminum, sandwich panels, plastic, steel, carbide fibres etc.).

ABS Utensili produces steel blades for fast high rev croppers, which represent legacy technology and have already been known on the market for decades.

These steel blades are mainly used on TRENNJÄGER machines, however, even if more efficient technologies exist today, we still stock the most popular sizes.
The blades for fast croppers are designed to cut steel pipes and profiles with very high peripheral speed and with material temperature below 250°C. The high peripheral speed causes fusion and the smelted steel is brushed away from the piece when cutting.
Although the process compromises the quality of the cut, the majority of applications give priority to the speed of the cut to fulfil high volume production requirements.

The blades for fast croppers are available in chrome vanadium (CRV) and tungsten Manganese (WMN). Other special blades are available upon specific request by the client.
