Rotary Burrs

The production diversification of rotary burrs cannot be more extensive: straight or helical cuts, total or partial radius, taper on the cuts with test radius, design profiles, etc. Also, rich types of coatings (all carried out internally) enhance the production value of ABS special mills. The constantly optimised production cycle is completed with a quality control carried out by state-of-the-art machines. This results in a wide, complete range of products, which are all characterised by a high degree of reliability.

Production of rotary burrs has vastly branched out: hard metal rotary mill, cylindrical mill, cut-head cylindrical mill, cylindrical mill with radius head, taper mill, taper body mill, taper mill 60°, radius taper mill, taper mill 90°, sharpening mill, ball mill, oval mill, radius-toric sharpening mill, radius sharpening mill.

Besides the vast range of burrs, the diversity of serration is also vast

Types of
Rotary burrs

Serration M

Suitable to process high-resistant steel, stainless steel, cast iron, smelted steel, steel hardness less than 60 HRC, bronze, brass, hard aluminium alloy, low Ni-based alloy, and titanium alloys.

Serration F

Suitable to process hard steel HRC 40-60, heat-resistant alloys, low Ni-based alloys, Co-based alloys. Also for stainless steel. Perfect finish on high-resistance steels.

Serration C

Suitable to polish and process light metals, non-tempered steel, plastic, non-ferrous metals, alloys, hard rubber, steel with no heat treatment, cast iron.

Serration X

Suitable to process cast iron, smelted steel, steel hardness less than HRC 60, Ni-based alloys, Co-based alloys, stainless steel and titanium alloys.
It is also perfect to process high-resistance steels and welding, and is suitable for steel tools and steel moulds.
